Want to return your order?
Please follow these instructions:
- Inform us (preferably send an email to lucy@wondaswim.com) within the withdrawal period of two weeks and state
- your order number
- what pieces you would like to return
- (and if you like) why you would like to return them
- Send the pieces that you announced to Teresa Brouwers, Sparrstraße 3a, 13353 Berlin with the delivery company of your choice. Make sure, that you also get a tracking number. We are not liable for the loss of your delivery.
- Once we have received the returned parcel, your money will be returned in the same payment method you have used in a maximum 30 days.
